Mustafa Bal was born in 1975 and graduated from Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Science & Literature, Department of Sociology in 1998.

He had organized seminars and courses from 1998 until 2008 related toShortly after founding up the NLP Training Center in 2007, he started performing some personal development seminars especially for the university students and teachers. He also conducted NLP diploma / NLP practitioner / NLP master Practitioner certification programs and courses in Istanbul and different cities of Anatolia. He is regularly continuing arranging these programs.
