After Şişli Terakki Private Highschool, Nazan ERDEM, born in İstanbul, has graduated from Marketing in Marmara University Business Administration Faculty.

She has worked in Human Resources Management for most of her career life, since 1983.

Nazan ERDEM, having worked in Banking, Industry, Medicine and Health sectors, started practicing NLP in 2006. Her will to share the knowledge and the experiences she had on the way of self development has eventually directed her to educational activities.

Her primary aim is to establish self development programmes for students in cooperation with their parents and teachers , who have a massive role in raising a concious, self and society reconciled, productive and successful nation. NLP seminars held for increasing the happiness and productivity of the company workers, who are the most important resource to company’s success, are in her work area.

She is a LIVCON INTERNATIONAL educator with International NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and  NLP Trainer certificates.

Nazan ERDEM, married, with 1 daughter, also serves as a counselor and self-development expert.
