Mustafa Bal was born in 1975 and graduated from Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Science & Literature, Department of Sociology in 1998.

He had organized seminars and courses from 1998 until 2008 related to the human communication, leadership and effective management needed in the education sector since 1998. He has been performing education seminars in and outside of Istanbul since 2002.

Shortly after founding up the NLP Training Center in 2007, he started performing some personal development seminars especially for the university students and teachers. He also conducted NLP diploma / NLP practitioner / NLP master Practitioner certification programs and courses in Istanbul and different cities of Anatolia. He is regularly continuing arranging these programs.

He has been conducting "Effective Speedy Reading Techniques" for OSS and SBS students since 2002.

He plans to convert this study into a product with a book and an interactive program. He shares his knowledge in this field by giving the "Program of Training of Trainer, Speedy Reading" to the trainers in other tutoring establishments who would like to practice these studies.Mustafa Bal International NLP Trainer and Master Certified Coach is LIVCON INTERNATIONAL trainer.
