He has worked with many different master trainers such as Prof. Dr. John Grinder ( Co-Founder of Neuro Linguistic Programming ) and also He has assisted Sir John Whitmore and Timothy Gallwey in the Inner Game trainings in the UK.  He has got thousands of experience in Nuero Linguistic Programming, Neuro Semantics, Coaching, Meta Coaching, NLP Coaching, Hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis.

Metin Çınaroğlu has got his own company in Istanbul but he has also another company Livcon International so that he regularly goes to England for trainings. He has got international costumers such as Johnson Diversey, Avea, Cevik Holding etc…

Metin Çınaroğlu has been in the field when he came back from Britian in 2001 and has been doing coaching and trainings since then.

He knows English perfectly, and little French. He plays piano and love diving, reading, writing and jogging.
