Welcome to Livcon International . The Livcon International Mission Statement reads as follows: The purpose of Livcon is to facilitate the alignment of professional trainers around the world in the ethical and professional use of Training through the standardization and continual improvement of the teaching accreditation process.
Pursuant to the conduct of this mission Livcon International has formulated a Code of Ethics and a set of Standards for different segment of different trainers and coaches. To prepare Trainers and Master Trainers to meet Livcon International’s rigorous standards, Livcon conducts International Trainer and Master Trainer Trainings every year in several locations around the globe.
If you are interested in being part of Livcon, then you must attend one of the Livcon International Trainer or Master Trainer Trainings and go through the testing process. This is the only way that Livcon can be guaranteed of your ability to conduct trainings that follow the Livcon International Standards and that you are in alignment with the Livcon International Code of Ethics. Livcon International realizes that you may already be certified as a Trainer or as a Coach and may have been training successfully for years. You are to be congratulated on this accomplishment. Nevertheless, if you want to be part of Livcon International it will be necessary to attend an Livcon International Trainer or Master Trainer Training and be evaluated. To do so is in no way a reflection on your ability or competencies. It is the only practical way that Livcon International has to determine your qualifications and your alignment with the Livcon International ideals. In fact about 10% of the participants in our trainings are already certified as trainers and want further to upgrade their skills and to align with Livcon International.
